Parking

RS wrote: Parking is not the main problem, traffic jams and pollution are. This August traffic has been solid from Pulrose to Asda much of the time. What about a new road from Pulrose to the Embankment?
Traffic pollution on Stryd Fawr:- either
1/ Make it traffic free from 0930 to 0430. This would necessitate either stopping parking in Penlan Street and making it two way or making another exit from Penlan Car Park opposite Madoc building.
2/ Charge for parking in Stryd Fawr or Penlan Street and making the Penlan car park free or much cheaper.
Gaol Street is another problem which would be helped by reducing traffic by reducing or making Stryd Fawr traffic free.

Would Traffic Wardens remind disabled drivers that they are not allowed to park where they are obstructing traffic eg. Opposite exit from Penlan car park or in Gaol Street. Toilets on Y Maes - Non disabled need toilets as well as disabled, how about 10 minutes parking for use of toilets only for every one. Do disabled people really need two hours to visit the toilet?

Finally - you will be glad to know - long stay parking close to the station is needed for people using the train.

Hell's Mouth Rubbish

JT wrote: I was astonished and dismayed to see the huge amount of litter and flotsam and jetsam all along Hell's Mouth
Bay. It looked to me like the accumulation of a long period and as a visitor I found it most offputting.

Your marketing material is of a high standard - but it will be wasted if it is not matched by the good management of your beatiful area. I hope you will be able to help.
