You will need to register first as a guest and then a menu option "Submit webLink" will appear. Your login details will not be used for any other purpose and your email address will never be released to any third party. The Register link is in the Login box under the button.

 The reason  for insisting on registering is to reduce the likelihood of unsuitable material/links being added to the site.
